1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using STRIKE's training platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not use our services.

2. COURSE ENROLLMENT

Upon enrollment in any STRIKE program, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Comply with all course requirements and deadlines

3. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments are processed securely. By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your chosen program
  • Understand that fees are non-refundable after 14 days of enrollment
  • Accept our payment processing partners' terms of service
  • Acknowledge that pricing may change with notice

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, code, documents, and assessments, are the intellectual property of STRIKE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

All users must maintain professional conduct. Prohibited activities include:

  • Sharing course materials with non-enrolled individuals
  • Plagiarism or academic dishonesty
  • Harassment or discrimination of any kind
  • Unauthorized access to platform resources

6. CERTIFICATION

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements. STRIKE reserves the right to revoke certificates if fraud or violation of terms is discovered. Certificates represent completion of training but do not guarantee employment.

7. PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE

While we provide placement assistance and referrals, STRIKE does not guarantee job placement. Success depends on individual performance, market conditions, and employer decisions beyond our control.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

STRIKE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

9. MODIFICATIONS

STRIKE reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
